I'm disappointed to find out that BBQ sauce is pretty much Tomato base, vinegar, spices and sweeteners. Across the board, I didn't think Vinegar was what turned Spicey, Sweet Ketchup into bbq sauce.
I don't know why, but when I set out to look up the magic ingredient known to me as "BBQ," I was expecting a special serum composed of common spices which created what I used to think of as a Unique flavor.
Vinegar?????

although a tad disappointing I'd like to point out that vinegar leads to all things good... like adobo!
